此碗为明嘉靖时期作品。撇口，弧壁，深腹，下承圈足，足底无釉露胎，底心暗刻“大明嘉靖年制”六字双行楷书款。内外壁以矾红釉为底，墨彩勾勒纹饰轮廓，填以绿彩饰绘纹饰，碗心开光内饰立龙飞腾于云间，外壁饰双龙奔腾于海水江涯之上，隙地衬以花卉纹，所绘游龙矫健有力，双目圆睁，鬃扬羽翔，展姿露容，古拙可爱，虽无永乐、宣德盛世威武刚猛之气，却独具意趣。整器笔触潇洒恣肆，构图繁缛丰富，色泽对比强烈，富具视觉冲击力。

The painted dragons are vigorous and forceful, with round eyes, mane flying in the feathers, showing their appearance, ancient and lovely.
